Let's Make Books

After studying hand bookbinding at The Center for Book Arts, we have developed a series of book styles that are both easy and fun to make, as well as practical to use.
The books we teach are adaptable to many different purposes: journals, notebooks and photo albums, as well as art books and gifts.

By using materials from all over the world, as well as tools and techniques from many cultures, we expand our understanding of all peoples, and at the same time, create a special place to keep parts of ourselves.

We have been creating books with both adults and children for over 15 years.

Using traditional book-binding tools and techniques, we have simplified classic book structures so that children will both enjoy the learning experience and be thrilled with their creations. For pre-school, elementary, high school and college students, and adults, we have designed books that are easy to make and beautiful to own. Our workshops are typically curriculum-based to channel what children are learning in school through a unique and creative outlet.

We custom make handmade books for special occasions. Using fine fabrics and special papers, we design each book with precision and care.
